All items sold are customized gift boxes and mystery bundles (curated packs).
Because these products are specially prepared and have a random surprise element, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or disliking the specific items received.
All sales are final.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We will offer a full refund or a replacement ONLY under the following conditions:

• The item arrives significantly damaged.

• You receive the wrong item.

• The package is confirmed lost in transit.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the issue.
Without proof, we cannot process the claim.
